Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Always ActiveRequired for the Platform to function — e.g. keeping you logged in, maintaining your cart/order during checkout, and enabling secure payment processing. These cannot be switched off, as the Platform will not work correctly without them.
3.2 Functional Cookies
Remember choices you make (such as language, district/location filters, or currency display) to give you a more personalized experience on repeat visits.
3.3 Performance and Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how Users and Sellers use the Platform — which pages are visited, how listings are found, and where errors occur — so we can improve reliability and usability. These are typically collected in aggregate/anonymized form.
3.4 Advertising and Marketing Cookies
Used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and, where enabled, to show you more relevant ads for EasyFinder services on other websites and social platforms.
3.5 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers we work with, such as:
- Payment gateway providers (for secure checkout and fraud prevention);
- Analytics providers (e.g. website usage analytics);
- Cloud hosting and security providers;
- Social media platforms, where you interact with EasyFinder content on those platforms.

Necessary Cookies
Processed as necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the Platform's core services) and to comply with legal obligations, including fraud prevention and security.
Functional, Analytics & Marketing Cookies
Processed based on your consent, obtained through the cookie banner/preference center on first visit, except where such use qualifies as a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.
You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time as described in Clause 6.
How Long Cookies Last
Session Cookies
Temporary and deleted once you close your browser or app.
Persistent Cookies
Remain on your device for a set period (or until you delete them) so the Platform can recognize you on return visits. Retention periods are listed in our cookie preference center.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Cookie Banner
On your first visit, you can accept all, reject non-essential, or customize your cookie preferences through our cookie banner/preference center.
Change Preferences Anytime
You can update your choices at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Platform's footer.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform (such as login or checkout) from working correctly.
Mobile App
If you use the EasyFinder mobile app, you can manage tracking permissions through your device's operating system settings (e.g. app tracking permissions).
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. As there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals yet, the Platform does not currently respond to them, but you can still manage cookies using the controls in Clause 6.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be notified via the Platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised.
